Account holders may optionally opt in, via a checkbox in Account Settings, to receive a single backup text-message alert for one specific purpose: if a designated delegate (the emergency contact the account holder has chosen to report their passing) reports that the account holder has passed away, Youllogy sends one time-sensitive SMS to the account holder confirming this and linking to a page where they can dispute the report within 24 hours if it's inaccurate.

• Message frequency: at most one message per account, and only if a delegate ever actually initiates the death-notification process. This is not a recurring or marketing message program.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• No sharing: your mobile phone number is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. It is used solely to deliver this one alert.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving future SMS alerts, or uncheck the opt-in box in Account Settings at any time.
